Who We Are
Our identities are kept secret to protect the integrity of the judging process so there are no outside influences or retaliation if certain films go unrewarded. Our team is composed of many different individuals: diehard horror fans, professional filmmmakers, etc. Suffice it to say, we have an unbridled passion for horror. Independent horror has gone unappreciated for far too long, and we aim to correct this. Of course, we can't guarantee awards, but we want to find the positives of any entry no matter the budget. Hollywood clearly only cares about recycling the same films over and over with their endless pathetic attempts to cash in our favorite films of yesteryear. Indie horror filmmakers are the ones taking the risks, creating something new, and we think delivering the best genre films by far.
